In the production of seamless pipes, the rotary mandrel method can be mentioned.


In this method, to produce the pipe, using a mandrel, they empty the inside of the heated steel ingots (billets) and cut them to the required lengths after cooling. These billets are usually produced by stretching and rolling round steel ingots. With this method of pipe production, long and thick seamless pipes can be produced.
Other methods in this process include centrifugal casting method, spray casting method which will be explained below.
