This method is one of the less common methods for producing seamless pipes. In this method, the molten material that is to form the body of the pipe is placed in a chamber containing nitrogen gas and sprayed by a nozzle on a rotating rod. The diameter of the rod is exactly equal to the inside diameter of the pipe being produced. By controlling the amount of spray melt material, the wall thickness of the production pipe can be easily controlled. The following is a schematic of the machine used and the production process in the production method of seamless pipes (Manisman) in the form of spray casting.
Now in the production method of seamless pipes, we can refer to electric resistance welding (ERW) and submerged arc welding (SAW).
In electric resistance welding method (ERW)

This method is by welding without electrodes. The tubes produced in this method are 8.1 to 24 inches in size. When the edges are connected to each other, the joint is welded by passing through an electric field and generating heat.
The products of pipes and profiles of this collection are also of the same method.
